ICDR Webinar: Virtual Stakeholder Meeting

June 13, 2023

Wednesday, June 28, 2023 | 12:00-4:00 PM ET

Register for the webinar.

This year’s Interagency Committee on Disability Research (ICDR) annual virtual stakeholder meeting will focus on the theme of inclusion of people with disabilities across all facets of the disability and rehabilitation research landscape. This interactive meeting will include a stakeholder panel discussion, presentations on emerging topics in disability and rehabilitation research, concurrent breakout groups for participants to discuss topics related to the ICDR’s core focus areas (COVID-19, equity, and disability data and statistics), and a federal agency panel discussion. There will be time after each panel and presentation for the audience to engage in a moderated question-and-answer and discussion session.

Submit Feedback to the ICDR

The ICDR invites all stakeholders to submit written feedback via the ICDR email inbox at ICDRinfo@neweditions.net. Written feedback will not be read aloud during the meeting, but all feedback will be carefully considered and used to inform the future direction of the ICDR. Please submit comments by June 30.

Space is limited. Register now to reserve your spot and to receive instructions for joining the meeting. After the meeting, the event recording will be made available to those who register and posted to the ICDR website. Please note that the breakout sessions will not be captured in the event recording. We encourage you to forward this invitation to other stakeholders who may be interested in participating.

ASL interpreting and CART will be provided. An opportunity to request additional disability-related accommodations will be included on the registration form and must be requested at least one week prior to the event. If you have difficulties registering, please email events@1sourceevents.com

Authorized by the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, ICDR was established to promote coordination and collaboration among federal departments and agencies conducting disability, independent living, and rehabilitation research programs — including programs related to assistive technology and universal design.
