The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights (OCR) is currently conducting a search for a senior manager for Olmstead and community integration. This position is responsible for leading OCR's enforcement, policy, technical assistance, and outreach to ensure compliance with the integration mandate pursuant to Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act based on the Supreme Court’s decision in L.C. v. Olmstead and subsequent caselaw.
