Title VI Grant Applications are Due on December 5, 2016!!!

Every three years, Tribal Communities, Native Alaskan Villages and Native Hawaiian Organizations have an opportunity to reapply for their Title VI Grants for elder services. To continue to provide services for your elders using these funds, you MUST REAPPLY!

This year, a much-simplified process has been developed. This webinar will provide information about the process, the application, and where to go for help! Please Join Susan Raymond and Shelly Zylstra, both Aging Services Program Specialists from the Administration for Community Living to learn about the new application, how to fill it out, and why you are the program expert with all the answers. Please note this is a repeat of the October 12th webinar for those that could not attend or if you have additional questions.

Topics covered in the Webinar will include:

Needs Assessments

How to use the Application Form

Tips and Tricks for a Successful Application

Common Errors

How to count Unduplicated elders

There will be time for Questions and Answers and ways to contact experts for support.
